ITPSS possesses the capacity to enable first response agencies to share critical incident information and collaborate in incident response initiatives through the use of SPHERE. SPHERE is a customised software solution that allows decision makers to access reliable real-time information as well as enhanced incident management by combining and integrating vital first response system which are synonymous with incident management.

Developed as a suite of four application, SPHERE provides records of incidents, in addition to giving users access to the status of incident response related operations, designed to promote efficient monitoring, analysis, response and investigation.
