DIGITAL MARKETING
Business Development & Marketing
Key duties & responsibilities:
- Develop, update & maintain the organization’s websites
- Use web analytics tools to monitor performance of our websites and make recommendations for improvement
- Develop strategies to increase website visitors through search engine optimization (SEO) or other initiatives
- Assist with creating content for websites and social media
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
- Provide creative ideas for website, marketing campaigns and promotions
- Assist the team with conducting marketing activities and events
Requirements:
- Preferably have 2-3 years of working experience in a similar position
- Basic technical knowledge of Web Programming and have a strong object-oriented programming experience
- Proficient with PHP & Javascript
- In-depth practical experience in one of these CMS frameworks: Drupal, Joomla
- Must be familiar with W3C Standard, website technology updates and have knowledge in programming languages and environments including CSS, HTML, XML, and JSON
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
- Be able to work responsibly and independently with minimum supervision.
- Familiar with Linux or Unix Operation is a plus
- Basic knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL databases
Administrative Officer
Business Development & Marketing
The Administrative Officer will be the company's internal point of contact for providing support in a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, and managing external online enquiries. Our ideal candidate should also have a keen interest in managing social media and familiar with current online trends.
Key duties & responsibilities:
- Writing formal letters in English and Malay
- Prepare Malay translation for public awareness content
- Daily monitoring of social media and responding to messages and comments
- Scheduling social media posts
- Develop and maintain a filling system
- Maintain proper record keeping
- Assist in preparation of monthly statistical reports
Requirements:
- Age below 30 years old
- HND in Business Administration or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Malay
- Proven work experience in administrative, secretarial or clerical role
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Great attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Keen interest in managing social media
